SUBMISSION REVIEW TERMS
Permission to review.
Ownership stays yours.
Version MJ-REVIEW-2026-09-30 · Effective September 30, 2026. These terms apply to the free initial creative review offered through this website by Mindjakk.
1. The purpose of your submission
You are asking Mindjakk to consider your work for an initial creative review. We may review up to three representative samples and the information you provide, check access, and contact you about the request. Acceptance depends on capacity, relevance, and suitable expertise. A submission does not guarantee a review, a response date, selection, funding, sales, representation, or a commercial relationship.
2. Your authority and your ownership
You confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to submit the materials, and can permit this review. Identify co-creators, third-party material, restrictions, and AI-generated elements where relevant. You retain all rights you already hold. Submission does not transfer copyright or ownership to Mindjakk.
3. Limited permission to evaluate
You grant Mindjakk a nonexclusive, royalty-free permission to access, temporarily copy where reasonably needed, and privately evaluate the specific materials you submit, and to prepare and return feedback. Access is limited to people handling your request and service providers needed to operate the form and email. Involving an outside specialist requires your permission. No right to publish, distribute, promote, sell, adapt, license, or use your work to train an AI model is granted by this submission. Any such use would require a separate agreement.
4. Similar ideas and independent work
Mindjakk may encounter, receive, or develop work with themes, techniques, genres, ideas, or elements similar to yours. Similarity by itself does not establish copying, disclosure, or misuse. Nothing in these terms gives Mindjakk permission to copy protected expression, disclose your submitted work improperly, or use it beyond the limited review permission. You do not waive a legitimate claim for infringement, breach of these terms, or unlawful conduct.
5. Feedback and its limits
Feedback is a professional opinion based on the samples, information, and expertise available. It may identify a need for further practice, development, production work, or a different approach. You may ask questions or disagree. The review is not a guarantee of commercial success or legal, tax, or financial advice. You remain responsible for decisions about your work.
6. What is free and what requires a separate agreement
The initial review, when accepted, provides an assessment and strategic direction. It does not include production, editing, website creation, advertising, bookings, detailed implementation, rights clearance, or ongoing coaching. Paid work, partnerships, rights arrangements, and referrals require a separate conversation and appropriate written terms. Buying services is not a condition of honest feedback.
7. Privacy and materials
The form sends your answers and links to Mindjakk’s administrative email for handling. This site does not accept direct artwork uploads. Use view-only links and share only what is needed for review. Materials are not added to the public portfolio through this form. No nondisclosure agreement is created: do not submit trade secrets or material requiring a negotiated confidentiality agreement. Read the Privacy Notice for handling and contact details.
8. Withdrawal and deletion requests
You can withdraw a request, revoke future access to your links, or ask us to delete your submission by contacting us from the email used to submit. Withdrawal ends new evaluation; it does not undo a review already completed. Limited records may remain where needed to document permission, comply with legal obligations, resolve a dispute, or in backups until their normal deletion cycle. We will explain any material limitation when responding.
9. Agreement record and changes
By typing your name and affirmatively agreeing in the form, you indicate acceptance of this version of the terms for the submitted materials. Keep a copy for your records. Any later changes apply to later submissions unless separately agreed. There is no automatic marketing subscription.
