What you choose to send

The contact form collects your name, email, subject, and message. The review form also collects your creative background, location at city/region level, goals, sample links and context, strengths and needs, available time, optional budget information, and your agreement to the review terms. We do not request payment details, identity documents, account passwords, or a street address.

How we use it

We use this information to handle your request, evaluate accessible samples when accepted, communicate with you, and document permissions. We do not publish submissions or sell the information. Future-opportunity contact happens only if you opt in; the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Where the information goes

Form answers and sample links are sent through the website’s email system to Mindjakk’s administrative inbox. The website host and email provider process data needed to provide those services. The current launch does not provide a private upload vault or an account dashboard. Links remain on the services you choose, under their privacy and sharing settings. Access to a link may be logged by that service.

Reviewers and AI

Requests are intended for human review. We do not send submitted work to generative AI services or use it to train AI models through this form. If outside specialist input or a different processing method would be useful, we will discuss permission first.

Technical information

The hosting platform may process IP addresses, request details, and security logs to operate and protect the site. WordPress may use cookies for administrator login and site functions. We have not added advertising pixels or a visitor analytics service for this launch. Following an external link places you under that service’s practices.

Retention and your choices

You can ask to access, correct, withdraw, or delete information by contacting us from your submission email. Review correspondence remains in the administrative email system while handling the request and any follow-up. We remove material no longer needed when processing deletion requests, subject to necessary permission records, legal obligations, dispute records, and normal backup retention. A fixed automated deletion schedule is not in place at launch. You can revoke shared-link access directly with its hosting service.

Age and sensitive information

The review form is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Please do not submit sensitive personal details about yourself or others. Tell us about an accommodation that would help without providing medical records or a diagnosis.
